Is pricing per device or per screen?

Pricing is per managed device — the player, system-on-chip display, or controller that we connect to. A single device driving a video wall counts once. Where a display is managed directly (for example a system-on-chip panel), that display is the device. We confirm the exact device count with you before any agreement.

Do you offer volume or annual pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Listed prices are starting points, billed monthly. Volume tiers and annual terms are available and are quoted based on estate size, deployment complexity, and required service levels.

Question 3

Are sensors and third-party data included?

Accepted Answer

No. Sensor hardware, data-provider subscriptions, and any third-party licensing are separate and excluded from the listed prices. We integrate with sources you are authorised to use; provider access and licensing remain your agreements.

Can I use the APIs and build my own connectors?

Accepted Answer

API and webhook access is included from Operations upward. Custom connectors, bespoke integrations, and guided onboarding are available under Enterprise.

Which commerce and POS platforms can Glass connect to?

Accepted Answer

Glass connects to widely used commerce and POS platforms through supported APIs, OAuth, webhooks, exports, middleware, or scoped custom integrations. Core integration targets are Square, Shopify POS, Clover, and Stripe Terminal; restaurant and hospitality estates commonly add Toast and Lightspeed Retail; enterprise and QSR estates add Oracle Simphony. We work with location-level, aggregated data — store IDs, transaction timestamps and counts, net sales and basket value, product or category performance, promotion identifiers and windows, refunds where appropriate, and availability signals. We do not require card details, and customer-level personal data is not needed for the standard analytics model. Access, event coverage, rate limits, approval requirements, and available fields vary by platform and customer plan; Oracle Simphony and Toast may require provisioned, partner, or custom access, and Simphony analytics use must respect the permitted use of the specific API product involved.

How is Proof included?

Proof is the AI content-assurance capability inside Signal, so it is part of every tier. Core includes standard checks such as layout, aspect-ratio, and expired-content detection. Operations adds configurable content policies and review and escalation workflows, and Intelligence adds comparison of scheduled intent, proof-of-play, and rendered content where integration access permits. Proof supports human review rather than replacing it, and coverage depends on your configuration, integrations, content type, language support, and model confidence.

Can you provide security documentation for procurement?

Yes. Our security programme is being designed and aligned around SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 control frameworks. Current certification and attestation status, architecture detail, and security documentation are shared during procurement under NDA where appropriate.
